Food Safety Culture Principal Team Leader
Overview The Principal Team Leader, Regulatory Compliance and Risk Assessment & Mitigation for Restaurant Food Safety will lead a team of food safety professionals to implement strategy, design, and execution of all work related to food safety regulatory compliance. The FDA Food Code is updated bi-annually and becomes the framework that each state uses to create their own code. Individual municipalities also have the latitude to make changes to the state level code.
